Algebra I review will be held after school today and tomorrow in rooms E116/E114.  If you are taking Algebra I in December, be there!

The Library will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, due to SOL testing. An email will be sent out when it opens. 

All of Mrs. Trent’s 10th grade classes will be in PE this week.

Guidance

Ferrum College, Bridgewater College, and VCU have been added to the list of colleges visiting RHS.  If you are interested in attending any of these informational meetings, please sign up on the table outside the counseling office. 

Specialty Summer Governor's School programs are now taking applications from current Sophomores and Juniors.  Each Summer Residential Governor’s School focuses on one special area of interest. Accepted students would live on a college or university campus for up to four weeks during the summer.  The 2017 Summer Programs include:

  • Medicine & Health Sciences

Clubs

The next French Club meeting will be on Friday, October 28th.

Sports

Boys basketball open gym is canceled today and will resume Thursday at the middle school

No open field or conditioning this week or for next few months.

The marching band will practice Today through Friday this week.

Reminders: Bo-Time, every 2nd Tuesday of the month 5%, The deal is only 5-8 p.m.
