On May 23rd will be the final day for charges in the cafeteria.  After the 23rd, each student is to bring the amount they would need for their lunches each day.  $2.25 for regular paid    $.40 reduced.  

Seniors who plan to participate in the Baccalaureate Ceremony on Sunday need to arrive in the Commons by 5:40 dressed in cap and gown attire. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 6 o'clock.

Seniors who want a baby picture or quote on the senior slideshow for graduation need to complete the Google form or email Mrs. Banton with a digital copy of the picture and the text of the quote by 3 pm on Friday, May 26th. 


Attention Seniors:  Do you have at least 50 hours of community service and a B average in VA/US History and Government?  If so, you may qualify for a Civic Seal on your diploma.  Come by the Counseling Office for more information.


Another NHS opportunity!  Yellow Branch needs field day volunteers for Tuesday, May 30th.  If you are interested, please sign-up on the appropriate sheet outside Mrs. Bailey's door. 

New NHS service opportunity:  Concord Elementary is in need of volunteers for their field day on Friday, May 26th.  If you are in NHS and are not taking an exam that day, please sign-up on the board outside Mrs. Bailey's room by next Wednesday, May 24th.

There are several upcoming opportunities for NHS students to earn service hours. Relay for Life requires help for the Children's Lap Today May 19th and we still need a few volunteers for the Teacher Learning Academy June 5th and 6th.  Stop by the bulletin board outside Mrs. Bailey's room for more details and to sign-up.


JV and Varsity Cheerleading Tryouts will be on May 22- May 24. Times for May 22nd and 23rd will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Time for May 24th tryouts will start at 3:30.

Reminders:    Please come check the Lost and Found, anything left over at the end of the year will be donated to the Good-Will
