Attention students: If you are taking the placement test today, please report to your testing site after morning announcements.

If you missed the tutoring training session after school and are interested in serving as a tutor in the Student Learning Center, please attend the make-up training session during flex on Tuesday.  Be sure to check in with you flex teacher before coming to the guidance conference room. 

Attention Seniors!  The Jostens graduation representatives will be here Today, March 16th during all lunches to deliver graduation products & caps & gowns in the auditorium lobby.  Final payments will be cash or money order as no checks will be accepted.

The Jostens class ring representatives will be at school two days to assist you in ordering your class ring.  The girls ordering day will be Today, March 16th during all lunches in the Cafeteria.  The guys can place their orders on Tuesday, March 17th during all lunches in the Cafeteria.  There will also be a family night ordering session for all students on Tuesday, March 17th after school until 6:15 PM in the Cafeteria.  A $50 deposit is requested to place an order.  Extra class ring packets are available in the front office.   All Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are welcome to order.

Clubs  / Miscellaneous


On Saturday, 11 students participated in the Congrès (con-GRAY) French Convention in Richmond. Autumn Smith won 3rd place in the art reproduction competition, Carrie Lloyd placed 3rd in dramatic reading, and Brianna Burch placed 2nd in recitation.  Congratulations to these students.

Congratulations to all that participated in the RHS Talent Show on Friday night. And special thanks to those of you who came out to support them.   In case you missed it.

Thanks again to all the faculty and staff for their support of the FBLA in this fundraiser.

The RHS Band and Chorus will present a Late- Winter Concert, tonight, March 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium. This concert is free!

NHS will have a meeting at 3 p.m. today, March 16th.  Please meet in the Commons area.

The Dodge Ball Tournament has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 22.  All registration forms and money ($20) need to be turned in to Mrs. Inge in classroom E130 by Friday, April 17.  Times are the same, teams and sponsors have to be in the auditorium at 5 PM for a rules meeting.  The games start at 5:30 PM.



Registration forms for the Dream Big Sports Academy are available in the main office.  This Leadership Academy will again be hosted by Rustburg High School April 6-8.  Attendance is free for RHS athletes and registration forms are due back by April 1st.
