Attention students:  If you are signed up to take the SATs at Heritage High School, it has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 20th.


ACT has closed Rustburg HS as a test site for the February test.  Students should check their ACT account for their new test location.  See your counselor with any questions

Attention Sophomores:  If you haven't returned your permission slip to tour the Tech Center, please do so no later than tomorrow.


AP students, if you haven't returned your fee waiver, please do so by today. (Feb. 4th)

Attention Sophomores:  If you are interested in the Early College Program, the information night at the Tech Center has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, February 10 at 8:00 pm.

Attention Sophomores: If you applying for the Early College Program, Governor's School or the STEM Academy, you must take the Virginia Placement Test.  The test will be given over two days, February 9 and February 10 at RHS.  Additional information and sign-up sheet is in the Counseling Office. 

Attention Juniors:  If you are interested in the Pre-Nursing, HVAC, Welding, EMT or Machine Shop program, the information night at the Tech Center has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 10 at 6:30 pm.


Event winners from the quad-meet held last night:

Isiah Garland won the 55 meters dash

Trevan Rucker won the triple jump

The 4by8 relay team consisting of Josh Campbell, Bradley Wiggs, Jake wright and Gab Dunaway won this event.

Jacob Grove won the 1000 meters

Leah Eick won the 300 meters

Autumn Smith won the 55 meter hurdles

Elaine Cheatham won the shot put.


Mrs. V is in need of a few good men….High school musical is needing at least 4 or more guys to join the cast if you are interested  please see Mrs. V in A109.


This Saturday, February 6th, from 1-5 at the high school, there will be a county wide dodgeball tournament sponsored by the Campbell County Youth Advisory Council. Admission will be $1, and refreshments will be provided. If you would like to be on a team, or would like to know more information, contact Jacob Booth, Jamie Holt, or Denise Revely.


There will be a meeting in the commons area Today directly after school for any boys or girls interested in playing tennis in the spring.


Softball condition will be today at 6:15 to 8:15.


Boys soccer conditioning will be indoors tonight at Highland Heights Baptist Church from 7:30 to 9:00
