Today is winter character day

Tuesday is red and green day

Wednesday is festive hat and sweater day. All spirit day attire must be in dress code. 



The U.S. Junior Chamber International Senate Foundation Scholarship is due to Miss Crie by December 18th.


Attention Rustburg Robotics Team. We will be attending the South Central Qualify in Lynchburg at VES. Plan on attending this event and let Mr. Torrence or Mr. Murtha know so that transportation can be arranged. 

NHS members are reminded to turn in their hours for 1st semester.  You may begin to count new service hours toward second semester starting December 21st.

Anime Club will be meeting tomorrow we are watching a holiday themed series. Bring a snack to share!!



Girls Soccer Conditioning to be held today only this week.  Practice will be held at Hyland Heights Baptist Church staring at 630pm in the gym

The 4x8 relay team consisting of Summer Wolhford, Grace Phillips, Samira Ingram and Laura Wilson ran a season beat time. The 4x2 relay team consisting of Trinity Lamberth, Leah Eick, Tahmya Robinson and Parker Goldstein placed 8th overall. 


Congratulations to Ryan Fore, Davon Watts, Chris Cardwell and Decoda Gilbert on qualifying for the Group 3A Track&Field Championship. Trinity Lamberth placed 3rd in the long jump. Chase Hudson and Michael Keller ran season best times in the mile.

Congrats to the girl’s JV basketball team in their win over Brookville Friday....35-34 in overtime! Tonight girls travel to Appomattox! 

The Rustburg wrestling team had a successful tournament at Cave Spring High school over the weekend:

Kyle Davis took sixth place.

Eian Walker and Lee Agee both took fifth place.

Keith Davis took fourth place.

And Luke moats defeating several lions, fought his way for a first place finish, bringing home the gold medal.
