Attention Juniors:  If you applied to the Dual Enrollment programs at CVCC, letters will not be mailed out until after spring break due to unforeseen circumstances.


Attention students:  If you picked up an application for Teachers for Tomorrow, Elementary Teacher's Aide or Yearbook, please return the completed applications to the Counseling Office no later than Wednesday, April 15th.  This date may be different than what's on the applications, please note the change.


Clubs  / Miscellaneous


Come one, come all!!!  Raffle tickets can now be purchased in the office, or by me in room A 109.  We are raffling off  2  adult tickets to see any performance of Oliver the musical, here at RHS starting April 10th - April 18th.   Raffle tickets are $5.00 and you can win 2 adult tickets with a total value of $20.00.  Tickets are sold thru 6th period today.  Drawing and winner will be announced at the end of the day.


Show dates and times:

April 10th, 11th at 7pm and 12th at 3pm.  April 16th, 17th, and 18th at 7pm.


Band students that are interested in a leadership position for flags, drumline or drum major should pick up an application from Mr. Straw in the band room.


Any band student interested in the band trip in May should pick up the permission form and information packet in the band room.


The next NHS meeting is Tuesday, April 14th at 3 p.m.  Please meet in the conference room beside guidance.


The Dodge Ball Tournament has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 22.  All registration forms and money ($20) need to be turned in to Mrs. Inge  in classroom E130 by Friday, April 17.  Times are the same, teams and sponsors have to be in the auditorium at 5 PM for a rules meeting.  The games start at 5:30 PM.



The boys tennis team defeated Amherst yesterday 5-4. Winners are Juan Pelaez, Blake White, Wynn Bailey, Daniel Oliver and Winston Elliott.

The JV Boys soccer team continued its good run of form last evening and defeated Heritage, 2-0.

JV players are welcome to practice with Varsity team on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of next week. Practice is 3:30 P.M to 5:30 P.M.

The Boys Varsity soccer team put in a great effort last evening but suffered a disappointing loss to Heritage, 4-0.

The team practices next week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 3:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M. **If the there is wet weather on those days, the practice will take place in the gym.

There is practice today on the band field.
